I'm a mature student at MMU Cheshire, studying creative writing as a single honours degree. It's all a little daunting going to university at the tender age of 45, but I've been so well supported by my lovely fellow students. I'm also technically incompetent, a complete luddite, so blogging is a whole new science for me!
Now,a few months later, I'm just enjoying the whole experience of learning new skills, of reading more widely, of experimenting with my creative writing and of meeting so many interesting people who have in their own way contributed to the material I now write about. With the encouragement of my tutors I am in a very different place that I was this time last year.
